If the goods are returned because of any product damage or wrong product was shipped, we'll require you to courier the product to us through INDIAPOST; on receipt we'll replace the product and will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with Reward Points.
For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through svaiza Gift or discount Coupons or with similar offer for different product.
Replacement will be done if we found that the claim of the customer is correct.If we are not able to replace the product we will give the credit points for the same.We will refund only in terms of credit points.
